I asked Chat GPT the question and the answer I got is that it's not worth it and that pasteurized milk is heated to kill bacteria, it also said that raw milk contains some dangerous bacterias too. It also said that raw milk actually doesn't contain much more nutrients than regular pasteurized milk from the store. So I'm a bit frustrated.

it seemed a bit strange, because we almost drink it daily and no one ever got any problem because raw milk itself was never a problem it was "poor industrialized farming”. for thousands of years, humans have drank raw milk from cows, sheep, horses and camels and nobody faced any problems (except for some lactose intolerant ethnicities). the problem occurred in the 80s when factories, slums, and overcrowding led to dirty "dairies" inside the cities. cows were literally crammed into brick buildings with no sunlight, movement or grass and were fed hot waste mash and other stuff, which caused them to have several diseases that made milk toxic and caused lots of infant deaths. so instead of cleaning the farms, which was the main issue that made raw milk toxic, they started to boil the milk to kill the germs.

however raw milk is still kinda cope to me tbh as it still wouldn't reopen my growth plates and ascends me to a 6'5ft chad in my early 20s
