I was just thinking about this cus my friend was saying how his recessed infras are from his mom. I do know some ethnicities have certain recessions like radix in asian. I also dod believe that its from bad habits so idrk just curious.

Recession and a differently-shaped skull are not the same thing. Recession implies a lack of anterior projection relative to what your otherwise healthy-self would've achieved and is normally always associated with some sort of skeletal or dental problems with the jaw and/or bite.

Just because eastern Asians might for example, have a flat maxilla, that doesn't mean they are inherently 'recessed'. Regardless, even somebody of a different ethnicity can have a flat maxilla and absolutely zero issues with their jaw.
