Man, I'm a Christian but I never stopped to think about it. Religion has existed for a long time, where in ancient times the Gods represented things like the sun, water, rain, and the land, and promised an afterlife. Over time, they became inactive religions and were called mythology, but I think a lot about what stephen hawking say. He said that religion is for those who are afraid of the dark, and that phrase really gets to me. I have anxiety attacks and I won't lie, I'm "old" enough to fearing death. I'm starting to think I'm a Christian not because of my faith
or what the Bible says, but rather because I fear death.
