I wonder if maximising gains and looks by Avoiding alchohol and sleep deprivation during ur uni/college years
is a good or a bad thing. Feel like you miss out on a lot of things when i live this religious gymcell life.

Is there a point in trying to balance hedonism and self improvement or is that a cope

it's not THAT much but it's a substantial amount that will take at least 3 years of consistent gymcelling

also leanmaxxing is easier said that done, maintaining that bf % is the hard part bro harder than building that muslce :lul:

all in all less than % have a physique like that

I only sleep on back and i used to count calories so ig that described me still

if you want to do it natural then calories in / out
if you can use supplements there are a lot you can ask people here who know about them
 
You should avoid alcohol or sleep depravity in general, not just in university etc. as these are subhuman behavior to avoid reality when you can't change things in order to make time pass faster and with the hope of good things to come by themselves in your life, or, just get to the point of death and possible respawn with better starting ''items''.

And about gym as the above said, it's not rocket science. In theory, around 1 year is enough to get the body you want, without anything too crazy.

You can also not ''miss out on a lot of things'' even without going a whole night without sleep, or drinking alcohol. These are things that only you decide personally and individually for yourself, and should not affect your experiences.

Thanks for advice, Sadly i cant fraud NT very well without substances. Im very high inhib so that doesnt help.

You'll have to learn to fraud NT sooner or later, because otherwise you'll never have a girlfriend / wife etc. even with Chico's body and face

Yeah ur right I dont act super autistic or smth but i kinda fail to upkeep conversations with people that aren”t close friends.

Look for some team sports activities that you're average or above at (or that you feel you can become over time). In them people don't judge you for who you are as a person, just your performance in that sport.

If you're good/becoming good, people will appreciate you, you'll gain confidence, and you'll end up being able to communicate much easier with new and unfamiliar people (at least it worked for me in university, I played foot-tennis and soccer, often playing with new people, and I managed over time to become much more communicative and outgoing with new and unknown people) :feelshehe:
