title, I have a short frenulum and ortho said I should get this but prob he's a botcher, I can mew normally so I dunno what to do.

I'm also thinking of getting this shit cut tbh and yea positives are better mewing and tongue function , i do slutter sometimes so getting this shit cut will fix my sluttering hopefully.
