Is removing your wisdom teeth a good idea ?

apparently according to my orthodontist i have to remove my wisdom teeth cuz not enough space in jaw or smth
one of them is apparently dangerous cuz it might grow into the 7th tooth and damage the root and nerve .

but it’s not for sure so idk .

and i don’t rly wanna do it cuz i heard it might cause bone loss in area which obv isn’t good

pls advice

if theres crowding get it removed, wont affect your bones
