and lose all my muscle and end up with a yusuf7n buildCut and lose 1 pound a week
or
cut and lose 3 pounds a week
Now greycel with that amazing brain of ur think and decide the better option

no lmao thats where the reta comes inand lose all my muscle and end up with a yusuf7n build![]()
starvemaxxing is retarded, youre depriving yourself of vital macro/micronutrients probs healthier to use retaSee title bhai

im sorry for doubting you bhaino lmao thats where the reta comes in
Reta retains muscle slightly
Combine that with GH and you'll be losing 0 muscle and could be losing 4-5 pound a week
That is ok aslong as u accept adviceim sorry for doubting you bhai
is GH really necessary thoThat is ok aslong as u accept advice
Trust me a few months ago I thought exactly like u I remember posting about it too now months later I hopped on Reta and its amazing
yes it is aslong as ur only losing 2 maybe 3 pounds a weekis GH really necessary tho
would reta be enough
And if u dont believe me here is me from July on my bluepill cope shityes it is aslong as ur only losing 2 maybe 3 pounds a week
Thats what ive been doing atleast and its working fine
Sadly tho mid way through I got ill and couldn't work out for 3 weeks so I did lose some strength but its mainly glycogen storage so I ordered creatine
So it doesn't retain muscle completely but aslong as ur eating decent protein and working out you'll be good
the point of taking the reta would be to halt the catabolism brother, hence why you can cut harderand lose all my muscle and end up with a yusuf7n build![]()
literally 0 cons except your wallet, and even then its not that expensive from chinaAre there any other indirect benefits of taking Reta? or indirect cons?
I see very interesting; something something insulin sensitivity/resistance as well right?literally 0 cons except your wallet, and even then its not that expensive from china
obviously you've heard the benefits: less food noise, greater base metabolic rate, appetite suppression, improvement in lipid profile and liver health overall
See title bhai
ya its extremely beneficial for diabetics and helps when ran with hghI see very interesting; something something insulin sensitivity/resistance as well right?
yea yea but insulin sensitivity shit is lowkey cope or else everyone on here would just pop metforminI see very interesting; something something insulin sensitivity/resistance as well right?
you mean gh is cope right?yea yea but insulin sensitivity shit is lowkey cope or else everyone on here would just pop metformin
just take insulin and gh if you want to leverage that pathway otherwise its kidna cope ngl (hot take)
i dont think gh is cope at all unless you are talking about for looksyou mean gh is cope right?
oh okayi dont think gh is cope at all unless you are talking about for looks
im saying that the overplaying of how such and such compound might affect insulin sensitivity is retarded because its negligible for most people in a practical sense
its uses are for fatloss and for athletesoh okay
in my opinion gh is cope for the reasons people use it for nowadays. like it wont give you bonemass or anything but microdosing throughout puberty is gna help w heigh and frame for sure
the conclusion will always be reta is metaEven if you are why would you go through having to push yourself for 0 reward and also burn slightly less calories and just fele tired and like shit
All for nothing
yeah im trying to get my dad on reta rn ( type 2 diabetes ) cus hes a little chunky nd i think itll generally help him, even though insulin isnt a problem in his case.its uses are for fatloss and for athletes
to me, anything other than using it for muscular/fatloss purposes is retarded, and i guess recovery (hence why i say athletes)
no, 99% chance you will not get taller than you already would have (unless you start at like 12), no your bones will not become "more dense" (as if that would even matter for facial aesthetics anyway jfl, they should be saying volume) like these retard greys and tiktokers all seem to think
maybe, its all anecdotalyeah im trying to get my dad on reta rn ( type 2 diabetes ) cus hes a little chunky nd i think itll generally help him, even though insulin isnt a problem in his case.
also nowadays im seeing tons of kids my age (14) that look like they're 10 and other kids my age that look like they're 16 so honestly i think that if you run gh before 15 and started puberty moderately late youll be able to benefit from it.
thx for advice!!. i havent looked into anything for him specifically but ill go n see what the things you mentioned are.maybe, its all anecdotal
i started blasting gear upon turning 17 and was taking gh and peptides and shit at 15 and who knows if it made a difference being that ofc i look different at almost 18 compared to 15. I would say people should put 0 stake into facial gains when it comes to androgens and hormones, the chemicals that really help are accutane, dut, RU and all that similar shit that helps with SOFT features.
you should really push your dad to get on reta or at least tirz, maybe even cagrilintide+sema. Just something. It helps a lot, my mom is an endocrinologist with a massive base of type 2 patients and it's pretty much guaranteed to improve their health.
they're essentially all forms of GLP1s that will help him shed that weight and lower his likelihood of fatty liver, and help his insulin out a bit since he's type 2, which can't hurt even if he's not having issues with it as of now.thx for advice!!. i havent looked into anything for him specifically but ill go n see what the things you mentioned are.![]()
