isotretinoin has my skin at its pinnacle, couldnt possiblely be any better with any other treatment/medication

isotretinoin is oral and used for more sever acne while tretinoin is topical and used for milder acne and wrinkles

why would it? theres been anecdotes of people losing volume but that is probably your facial fat becoming more compact rather than losing it
