Cameras and videos have lens distortion and people in general look worse in 2d, regular mirros reverse your features so is as accurate as frotn camera
so imo if you have 2 mirrors that is the most accurate method
if you want to try i too: get 2 mirros and align and turn it around until you see not your normal but reversed mirror appereance - thats how you look to other (can also try how you look in motion there)
