Is Rhino good with high IPD?

I have an IPD of 71, should I get Rhino or will I look like an alien?

rhino for bulbousness? yes. rhino for nasal width? no. your wide nose is likely ideal within your phenotype especially if you have wide-set eyes, if you are just fixing your obese alar or nasal tip, then yeah, rhinoplasty is good.
