Septoplasty with rhino?

im planning to get a septoplasty when i turn 18 right now 17 and should i get a rhino with it or just a septoplasty because i think my nose isnt that crooked and i dont want it to get to unnatural

u can get a septo but wouldnt recommend rhino because it seems like ur nose looks crooked from the side due to the lack of maxillary forward development
