your issue is just lacking nasion projection and supraorbitals not really nose size, as u can see in this morph nasal projection and supraorbital projection alone doesnt look good as the premaxilla is recessed. a bimax with supraorbital and nasal implants, i even added infras. those are gonna make the most difference as seen in the second morph

these are the implants this guy got and the supras arent that bold but gave him tons of projection, so if u get a really bold implant u can expect a lot of increased projection, combine that with bimax and maybe cantho and you'll basically look like that morph i made

insertion of the implant is almost the same but recovery is annoying and surgery is obv pretty invasive
