your issue is just lacking nasion projection and supraorbitals not really nose size, as u can see in this morph nasal projection and supraorbital projection alone doesnt look good as the premaxilla is recessed. a bimax with supraorbital and nasal implants, i even added infras. those are gonna make the most difference as seen in the second morph

A smaller advancement like you're suggesting will almost make no aesthetic difference and will not look like your morph

I personally did not have any surgeries done yet but i have made two guys get surgery which i already mentioned in replies earlier, they got supraorbital implants which in their case were bold extended frontal implants, both of them had comparable results to the movement shown in the morph, keep in mind that the angle OP posted isnt a full side hence the size increase in the morph looking like its too much but i can guarantee you it is achievable with a big enough implant, then again i never mentioned that his nose would not need rhino after getting nasal implants bc duh i think even a retarded ass nigga would be able to recognize that rhino is still needed even after implants but my focus in the morph was more on the supras and i added the nasal implants just becuase they are needed in OP's case. but yes rhino would still be necessary to remove cartilage mass off his nose.

if he does get massive supras done by a surgeon the implant would be customized and there is soft tissue simulation for the implant's effects on soft tissue, as i said, I have already dealt with this shit and directly spoke to the surgeon and made changes to his initial design to make sure the implant results look as similar to morphs as possible and in the end their results look really good and almost like morphs.

about the maxillary advancement, a smaller advancement would make no aesthetic results to his face from a front perspective but from the side any advancement would have noticeable change, you can go look at bimax results with surgeons doing less mms than what is usually discussed on the forum and still having noticeable jaw improvements, get educated before you speak my nigga and stop trying to reuse the same "mental masturbator" shit because it just sounds like ur just hyped about a new insult you just learned. i do have experience with surgery, not saying its personal experience as i have not had any surgeries yet but i have spoken to multiple plastic surgeons and discussed surgeries with a few doctors during surgery planning for the two guys i have mentioned before. and they have done things that i told them to do for the results of the surgeries to be satisfactory.

I can't say anything about these mysterious people that got morph-looking supras from a mysterious surgeon, but one thing I will say is that most incels in this space are going to exaggerate their results to you and hide the consequences of the procedure, so keep that in mind. Not to mention the ones that pretend to get procedures done, but that's a whole different thing.

Even if OP is able to find a surgeon that does massive supraorbital implants, OP will still look nothing like your morph. The soft tissue is not going to move perfectly like that and you will have a lot of implant show. He can perhaps benefit from more conservative supraorbital implants with fat grafting afterwards but I still think the ROI isn't there.

When it comes to the Bimax, when you're starting from a normie point like OP you're almost always going to get pretty lackluster results if you go conservative with your movements, even from a side view. That morph will not be the end result. He will have to do some significant movements for it to really be noticeable, and then you fall into other risks which makes you question why you should even get this done for a theoretically better side profile.

Rhino and infras + fat grafting are the procedures with the highest ROI imo, if he really wants to be autistic he can also get supras as well. But I don't see supras as doing much as compared to the first two.
