canthoplexy tightens the lateral canthus while a canthoplasty actually lifts the lateral canthus. u have a negative canthal tilt and its pretty noticable which a canthoplexy cant fix, u need a canthoplasty, while its more invasive(u still look good bro mirin)

fillers in the infraorbital corners raise the lateral canthus a few mm and lift your facial tissue among many other benefits

dont do fillers they can migrate implants are a much safer option

but honestly its not a huge deal and very minor. ive noticed the biggest change when it comes to skin health though especially after dissolving some. it depletes your ha stores somewhat but they get refilled

I maxxed out most that I can but still got a slightly bulbous tip that I can max out with rhino but all bulbous tip rhino's look disappointing and "harder to achieve" according to the internet, I actually ran into a reddit thread with a based surgeon that told their client to shrink their nose using something similar to hydrocortisone prior to their rhino for better results, you look good but just like me a bulbous rhino would work wonders, if you find any surgeons you're interested in please dm me would be a big help
