i have a wide bulbous nose and i’m wondering if rhinoplasty is the only way to fix it. are there any non-surgical options,or tips i could try to make it look smaller? Lmk

Nose in isolation is useless. What matters is how it suits your overall face.

You could use PDO/PLA cogs behind your alar base + plasma fibroblasts. Should be moderately effective.
