I have this really bad problem where my nose is really bloated and wide while having a small mouth(the lips are big enough but not wide at all) giving me an almost 1:1 ratio what are the best ways to fix nose(preferably non surgical) and can i get my mouth wider?

ive got this problem too
for mouth hydration is important, make sure u drink 3+ litres of water a day. this also helps with debloating which helps with nose slimming.
exfoliation with a brush + vaseline/lip balm helps plump them up and appear bigger / wider.
i also saw on a few threads, mouth stretching. using either a device or hands. not sure how permenant the results are.

for nose this is kind of hard to fix, there are some threads on here for nose slimming via softmaxxing tho
i think just lower bf% and debloat (calorie deficit, cardio, water and pottasium, no excess sugar/sodium/junk) can help slim the nose down
you cant really change the boneshape of the nose through softmax though as far as i know

im also still looking into this myself, but this is what ive gathered already.

it doesnt slim the bone/cartilate but it can reduce oil production, inflammation, and swelling so the nose may appear slimmer.
also being lean and debloating is important for this.
but neither of these things alter nasal bone structure.

brooo mouth corner cutting, i tried this and it works but my mouth already wide so it made me look uncanny but get a serrated knife or anything sharp and put it in the corners of ur mouth and slightly cut in that area it’ll irritate the skin making it red there for a few weeks whilst making ur mouth appear wider and as for nose there’s accutane which defo shrinks ur nose tip slightly or maybe hydrocortisone cream too

you can try forcing your lip expression. Thats what I did to even out my bottom lip, but if u overdo it then it looks weird like Hullo from the front. You have to find a sweet spot. Also volufine

I heard training the orbicularis oris muscle could widen the lips no?
