Has anyone had good results with it?

Im cautious about taking herbs as I believe they are toxic but Rhodiola has some promising studies behind it.

for what? fatigue? depression? chronic stress?
there are better meds for those conditions, and even better herbs with rigorous research studies

Rhodiola rosea is still in preliminary stage, but at least you can try it, there are no side effects reported, even in Russia
