Is rice fermented water spray legit?

I've seen it mentioned in a lot of older hairmaxxing guides to make hair grow faster and better. Is is real?

i used to do it for hair growth, lowkey worked, would put it on in the shower and leave it for 15 mins before washing it out, although it does leave ur hair dry ish with a weird sensation that makes u wanna pick it if you don’t use shampoo after washing it off.

Ive heard if you mix nair and piss with it, it works better

don’t rlly remember, it was like 3 years ago, all ik is that i was back to a good length after getting a buzz cut within 3 months. i did it everyday, 2 times per day.
