I've been running 9 miles a day on the treadmill recently, and I just wanted to ask that as long as I take a day of the week for recovery that's okay right?
I'm asking because I also work a fast food job where I stand on my feet so I want to make sure I'm not overworking my legs.
Is there any sort of stretches or recovery stuff for my legs I should be doing?
