is running actually the worst cardio?

i’ve seen videos discussing that running is bad for you multiple reasons. giving you wrinkles and its useless.


Meanwhile. walking seems superior because you generate testosterone when you walk. you can burn the calories the same as running



But what about lung strength? im a boxer so i want to maximise my lungs and jogging is one of the massive things that strengthen the lungs
 
its 2026 and we worrying about testosterone boosts from walking?:lul:

running is shit but if you are boxing already then you dont have to worry about anything especially testosterone beacuse your body is just all stressed so you can just consider running
 
Walking takes too long to be efficient at calorie burning. Now I do burn 500 calories in 30 minutes incline walking. While regular walking without an incline takes 90 minutes to do the same. Just too long if u want time efficiency

long runs aren´t optimal

imbarace spriniting
or just run 15 incline on 5 speed

walking burns more cal
and is healthier

solution would be appritiated
 
when you box do you not do skipping and uphill climbing for warm up? personally i just spam skipping worked greatly for lung capacity and breathing techniques
