Useless for most, not advisable. Can have a negative impact on your joints too.

Idk. Probably muh cortisol or some shit. I can’t see how it can ruin your looks. If anything it benefits your looks
this cortisol shit is pissing me off so much
niggas will say we should imitate our ancestors and hunt or something and than say sprinting is bad because of cortisol

For a good cooper test you should run. You could do other forms of cardio, but they usually aren't as efficient.

Don’t listen to the cortisol fags. Running is only bad if you overdo it just like anything else

What's your current fitness level? 3k time, 5k time, 10k time?

Idk but below average for sure if an average cooper result for men is 2300- 2500 meters in 12 minutes

I agree. There is evidence of long distance runners dying to heart failure. You can definitely run too much. But if he wants to train for the military for a few years, he'll be fine.

Yeah, then you're really behind if you want to do well. How much are you currently running?

Idk. The thing is that I get mentally exhausted from running, as if I start to hear voices in my head and going into a psychosis and then I have to stop.

Just start slowly. Run 30 minutes 3x/wk at a slow to moderate pace. You shouldn't feel like you're dying at all. Take breaks if you have to, for now it's just about building a base, the intensity comes later.

I have decent experience with running, if you have questions lmk

What’s a good moderate km/h speed?

I think long term running like marathons are bad for growth but sprints and short term running isnt bad whatsoever

No, terrible, especially for your knees and ankles. Science has already proven this.

spikes your cortisol, just smoke and drink daily way better cardio

Don't measure in km/h, measure in min/km. It doesn't matter for now, just run off of feels. Do you have an Apple ,Garmin etc. smartwatch?

Face(low)iq said it ruins your looks
hes kinda right, it’s not running it’s jogging, if it’s athletics there’s no problem but jogging just raises your stress hormones for such a long period of time

Everyone always says it causes cortisol spikes but i’m never stressed while running, i think they just have other problems like asthma

I have an apple watch but idk how it works when trying to do fitness. I tried to count my steps with it but it didn’t work.

There must be a feature to measure your min/km. Just track it at first, don't try to hit a certain goal. You should find out at what BPM (heartbeats per minute) you can run.
