I plan on downgrafting in russia, im kinda scared because the process itself is very very precise. U are basically trusting a surgeon with ur life, but thats usually the case with surgeons

Just make sure you have a good surgeon

Russians are good, but Italian surgeons are the best for jaw. If you can get that it would be ideal.
