Is sarpe needed to ascend as a narrow palatecel?

Is it needed? Does sarpe change your facial structure for the better at all? Wider jaw?

My ortho told me that with braces she can give me a wider smile so I would not need palate expansion, she also didn’t even know what sarpe is jfl.

What should I do? Get sarpe and then bimax or get my smile widened from braces and then get bimax? The latter would take less time.

Its used to tell how narrow your palate is,

As you dont have Ct scans you could just use callipers or even scissors to measure the distance.

idk it's probably cheaper, plut it'll widen your mouth are mandibular area so it'll also be easier to achieve hollow cheeks, not to mention easier to breathe

Bimax is advancement/rotation

Tbh Idk without scans, or knowing your palate width, It seems you might benefit from it slightly but Im not sure.

If u get SARPE u also need MSDO, since both of ur palate is narrow.SARPE will only widen the upper palate, and u need ur lower widened aswell. U know what to get. SUPER BIMAX with dr coceancig.

If I get rich I’d go to coceancig but ima have to pay 100k for the fucking plates he uses plus whatever the surgery costs, if I get successful enough in the next couple years I’ll go to him but that’s a long shot, I wanna get this surgery before my mid 20s

Beyond 18 I'd say. And you'd probably need to wear a retainer at night afterwards or the teeth would simply go back to their original tilt
