It's not appealing, and from my knowledge, the only permanent fix is surgery, or you could just squint 24/7 (not ideal)

Theyre appealing if the other features of your eye area and harmony compensate.

Take a look at people like lorenzo zurzolo or hayden christen. Both have low set eyebrows positively tilted thick eyebrows, blue eyes, positive canthal tilts, ideal ESR. And lorenzo zurzolo has an ideal MFR, whilst hayden christen has an ideal FWHR

So whilst the scleral show and more rounded shape is technically, it enhances the appeal of their eye area because everything else is good

However in your case you dont have these other features to compensate
