I will be locking in very soon and wondering if my 5-10 hours screen time could be affecting my looks and i should be limiting it less than 5 hours?

yeah i be getting 8 hours every day o go to sleep st 11 and stop using phone at 10:15 i have an alarm for this. and i usially wake up at 7:30 varys by 10-15 minutes cause of cicardiathm rythm type shit

b-b- but i dont feel lazy or unproductive as i usually have done everything i need to do before i go on my phone. I always have meals at same time everyday i always finish schoolwork on time i have atleast and hour of this every day im at school
