Is seborrheic dermatitis can be caused by over using derma roller?

So I have a dreanduff in my brows or in other words “seborrheic dermatitis” .

I don’t know if it’s out of the fact I’m putting derma roller mixed with castor oil on my brows every day.

What do y’all think? It looks disgusting man I need to get rid of it.

No, use shampoo with ketoconazole and salicyclic acid twice a week and then once for maintenance.

So ive had seborrheic dermatitis aswell where i had dandruff in my eyebrows and scalp for like 6-7 years and I tried everything from nizoral, fungoral (ketakanozol) shampoo, mct oil, salycilic acid and a bunch more anti dandruff shampoos but after all none worked.

Now im trying betnovate scalp application I got pescribed from my doctor and im currently on week 1/4 of using it and I can say that all my dandruff is almost completely gone.
