Yes but it's not as easy as you think. I sense you wanna just sell something that sells itself, but this really doesn't exist IRL. So even tho it's something in "high demand" you'd still have to learn how to generate traffic (marketing) and then convert it (sales). It's a nice business model but it's not easy.

And if you are gonna ask me what's something that sells very easily without you having to do any work - doesn't exist rn, go and invent it. Either that or scam niggas you have it (still the scamming part requires the marketing and sales part)
