Im tired of my work, my wage is not enough to pay for my surgeries and fillers

I could sell drugs too, but Im not NT enough to be a drug dealer

Most people order online nowadays and rightly so since you buy directly from the manufacturer, rather than buy some unknown shit from the joe down the street

Yeah, drugs are not an option since I dont even have guns ir a gang to protect me
