I've read that it's better to stop using shampoo for the hair to balance the oils in the hair naturally, this will also prevent hair loss, is it true?

What about the hair loss part? Could shampoo, of any type, promote baldness? You dont use shampoo every night. You use it every other, depending on how oily hair is naturally. And different shampoos for different oil levels.
how do you keep your hair from smelling like shit?Shampoo legit ruins my hair. It makes it all fuzy and shit.
When I stopped, my hair became far better. It actually doesn't look like a bunch of pubes on my head.

Just use a sulfate free shampoo. Sulfates are responsible for stripping your hair too much. Some cleaning needs to be done though and that's why sulfate free shampoos are good.I've read that it's better to stop using shampoo for the hair to balance the oils in the hair naturally, this will also prevent hair loss, is it true?
That’s what I use, sulfate free shampoo once a week. It still removes the dirt from my hair but doesn’t strip it too much, very idealJust use a sulfate free shampoo. Here's a tip, use a leave in conditioner after the shower it will smell nice and your hair will get back the body and volume it lost after shampoo. Also use a sulfate free shampoo it's a lot better for your hair, less stripping.I legit feel like I lose 1 PSL when washing hair with shampoo. Hair dryer helps give volume though, but I rarely use it.
Hair looks the best after one week of no shampoo.
Maybe because you use shampoo with sulfates and parabens.Shampoo legit ruins my hair. It makes it all fuzy and shit.
