I think it would be more considered a universally good looking trait than a masculine one. Only failio you can get with a short nose is if the tip is too up turned imo.

this. it's a universally attractive trait just like good eye separation, good jaw development, low hairline, compact midface, ecc...
long nose means in all cases bad development and/or bad genetics
