Is Simon Nessman’s Maxilla Recessed?

I’m leaning down well and noticing the exact same kind of creasing on my face in mirrors. If I keep going I’m afraid it’ll lead to full on nasolabial folds?

What are those lines lateral to his lips?

No, he's not recessed at all lol. No, he doesn't have nasolabial folds. Everyone has slight folds there, only an issue if they're deep.

I was only judging based off the shadows. If you compare the edges of his cheekbones to the middle part, it looks like the middle is not as forward grown.
But I think thats just genetic or a skull feature

underbite , pronounced lower lip , thin upper lip ,flat cheekbones, prominent nose
These are apparently the cosmetic or visual downsides or recessed maxilla , his nose doesn't seem to be that prominent and his cheekbones definitely have some shape to them
