sleep is one of the most important things, the all nighter method works for some but your better off sleeping earlier everynight by like 15-30 min

yeah i dont blame you, i've done it a few times just make sure to get your sun exposure, nutrition/water and dont bother going to gym either cause you'll ass rape yourself
