probably not but when i was on mk677 my sleep was always good af

idk bro my friend sleep 7-8 hours and he is 6,5 , but i try to improve me sleep but i can t and don t know why, i can t sleep at night i am tired all day and at night i am awake idk, i will try to take melatonin but idk what dose to take

yes take it, if u want to gain muscles and gain weight go for it, no serious side effects

barely got any results but as i said sleep improved alot

Sleep is necessary for literally being able to properly think and grow, many people are functional zombies due to their disgusting self-neglect. Start going to sleep early(9pm) and take melatonin if you cant quickly fall asleep already.

how much to take bro, like i wake up in middle of night sometimes but i fall a sleep in 10-20 minutes, it destroys hgh production?

yes but first take the pills and swap them with fish oil before resealing them to stupid kids.

just take like 10-5mg of melatonin and turn of you phone its so easy
 
yes sleep is so key 8-9 hours a night minimum if you want to maximize your potential

He’s 6’5 because of his genetics, also take 3mg of melatonin and try to go outside, be in the sun, block blue light with glasses, and excercise

I grew up with digestive problems, so I was at least somewhat malnourished, but always slept really well. Ended up 6’2” and some of that was past 18 when I was very often getting 9-10+ hours per night.
