I lwk heard that the healthy amount of sleep my age is from 8 to 12 depending on puberty but lwk I sleep for 2h every night will fixing my sleep schedule gonna matter that much and will I regret later not sleeping

Sleeping in the sense of time is cope. Naturally, you should sleep until you wake up. Take down all the alarms, go to sleep when you’re sleepy, and when you wake up is when you wake up. If you wake up earlier, it’s damaging your body, and if you wake up later, you’re damaging your body. If you sleep for 6 hours and feel energized, keep doing it. Just sleep until you wake up. Don’t follow any man-made rules for sleeping 🤣

173 is prolly right becquse there might be bias in the 174 but its basically the same so it dont matter
 
Such a retarded question, there are numerous studies done on how sleep affects the physical and mental state especially during puberty. You're diminishing your potential for no reason
