I know it's dumb but is it high t i sleep in the cold rather then in a hot room

i sleep without a shirt on and blankets not covering me properly during the winter and i think i am low t so i dont think so

Everyone I know prefers to sleep in a cool room rather than a hot room. I think its just a natural thing
