I cant sleep on my back either I always wake up with my fucking face crushed against my pillow jflyes. its called sleepwrinkles, they get more prominent as you age. You can prevent them by sleeping on the back, which I myself didnt manage to so far so I guess Im a hypocrit

And everyone I've ever spoken to about it has said on your back but that its not so important that if you can't sleep on your back you should be freaking out. There are pillows specifically made to stop you rolling over in the night though.

I already do bro but I still look older than I amYou should focus more on the quality of your sleep. Not sleeping enough, sleep apnea, shitty sleep and other problems lead to premature ageing. I tried to sleep 5-6 hours only and it definitely fucked me a bit.
