I smoke around 5-10cigs a week at 14, nic is a peak nootropic for focus and productivity, and vaping isn't reaserched enough. I noticed my voice dimo actually went crazy since I started smoking i also grew around 1.5cm probably unrelated Tho. Also noticed I started looking older which is good since Im a cutecell. Anyway im just wondering if it's realy a looksmin since its also been Debloating me alot. Lastly if you smoke drop your favorite brand in replies.

Horrible addition, especially tobacco. The nootropic effects are real, although compared to the trade-offs it's just not worth it. Smoking descends you in more ways than I wanna explain. If you are using it purely for focus then use nicotine gum. I was also a smoker at 14, and it's not cool or ascending, it jus makes you look like you have neglecting parents
