ye for like lungs and whatnot, but like for skin and shi lets say i use taz and azelaic acid, and as for diet and sleep still on point, in what way will it affect my looks/gains

it will still be bad for your overall health which will have a neg impact on ur looks

and yes with good habits etc u can minimise the neg effects but cigs will always be bad for u

I read about this ages ago but it's a vasoconstrictor meaning it reduces blood flow to places like skin and hair meaning under eye will go dark and hair might go thinner

yes..if u have had a bad day and ur extremely stressed I think its a net benefit tbh ,that's what I do
still don't know how people can be addicted to it tho I view cigs as like coffee but instead of it giving g u energy it just chills u out
