Not sure, but I have heard smoking affects collagen. So if you were to inject Botox because of (a lack of) collagen then it would make sense to abstain from smoking as well. Also, I suggest asking the clinic folks rather than a bunch of homosexuals on an Indian forum where most people are younger than 20.

I tried to morph myself with bigger upper lip and it looked super uncanny maybe that’s just cause of it being morphed?

Brought harmony and fixed my ratios , i will have to keep doing them for life or end up getting fat graft in my upper lip . I have a normal philtrum with a big chin so the bigger lip makes it that much more better in shortening the midface ratio while increasing mouth to chin ratio .
