I never smoked weed/cigs till I was almost 16, and it was in moderation and only for social reason. Sometimes I still carry a pack of cigs and I will smoke one if I dont wanna talk to people, but again do in moderation. I have gone months without smoking a cig and I didn't even realize. You dont need drugs but you also dont need stress.

Smoking everyday though over a long period of time will definitely descend you though, vaping is probably healthier for your skin but youll look like a loser / immature / skater type person so keep that in mind if people see you using a vape and ur not that phenotype it might throw ur "aura" off
