Is snus a major looksmin?

I’m a 16 yr old who’s been heavily addicted to snus for 1 year, i can’t go a day without it, however im concerned that it could be inhibiting my potential. Is snus a major looksmin and could it be causing cortisol spikes? Is it worth me quitting nicotine as a whole (very time i try quit i get majorly ill for weeks)?

You need to keep on top of dental health.

If you run a low mg brand, don't worry about it too much

i use high mg brands like cuba and icelery, should i just swap to like killas?

I used to run cuba blacks but I had to lower it because it was destroying my gums.

I'm on pablo's now, and I haven't noticed any major damage. So if you still wan't a kick to your snus, give Pablo's a try they're at 30mg.

Killas would be preferable too tbh if you're worried about gum damage
