yeah i had rhino because i had a dorsal hump and deviated septum. i went from LTN to MTN

No i know basic stuff. You need recession to get bimax. Recessed mandible - lower maxilla. You cant get bimax if you already got a dog mouth and recessed midface - upper maxilla. And most people got a balanced ugly face

Atleast for me, it is the fact that it involves lots of physical pain, a lot of money and no guaranteed result. It is an expensive gamble that involves torture. Obviously the easiest way out is to start coping that looks don't matter and you're good looking anyways, so you don't need surgery.

1. They are poor, they usually give other reasons, but that is the real reason, they can't afford it.

Either they don’t care about their appearance, or they think taking care of your skin/looks is gay and feminine.
