A better example would’ve been an athlete or an actor making more money than a doctor, and the answer would still be YES

because those fields receive much more funding than the medical profession. Why should the government restrict how much money a person can earn? Actors and athletes are only paid more than doctors because their industries are driven by consumer spending.
