Sodium is retarded.

Bloats face and probs causes kidney damage in exchange for a better pump. For normies it’s fine because they don’t gymcel but jfl if you think that you have any room for error with your kidneys when you’re eating 170g of protein a day.

Take it before you go to the beach or before a lift post-cut for good pics but outside of that avoid it because it’s a heavy looksmin.

Sugar is good for you. Gives you a pump before the gym and gym progress is way better when you’re carbed up. Just don’t go overboard and become fat.
