Is soy lecithin (organic kind) bad in really small moderation?

I have these dark chocolate coconut cups that are really good (90% cocoa and organic) is this super bad for me? I eat gluten free and only have proteins and fruits and vegetables (milk and cheese too ofc)

Avoid absolutely all soy

Men should worry more about avoiding beer than avoiding soy. Im not saying soy is good, but beer contains way more phytoestrogens, thats why you see so many middle aged guys who are weak, have fat bellies and moobs
