Im a very skinny boy. Also a STEMcel, so very little time to eat high calorie meals. My GRA said I should try drinking soylent, as it will increase my caloric intake, and its a nice and efficient way to get a full meal's worth of nutrients everyday without having to eat full meals. He says some days, when he's in the lab all day, he'll drink 3 or 4 soylents a day and thats the same as 3 meals. Has anyone tried this? Would you recommend?
