Is spamming carbs alright in puberty

Hello. So if i cant intake 2k+ calories of meat and all, can i just spam carbs and milk? White rice in particular. Additional inquiry on lasagna (premade noodles, cheddar and mozzarella woth tomato sauce) i eat 300g meat usually and ocassionally excede with chicken

milk is alright but spamming too much rice isnt ideal. you're good as long as u exceed 1g protein per pound of your body weight.

Protein should be 90% from meat and rest from other stuff, u can spam carbs but remember keep it healthy, eating lasagna once in a while good enough, in puberty it's smwht imp to complete ur calorie intake and protein intake for proper growth. Still try ur best to consume 50% or more cals from meat

There's no upside to starch really, stick to white rice or baked potatoes. That lasagna gives you an insulin tier belly. Go ask Joe Rogan. If you eat noodles make sure they're egg noodles.

Make sure you're eating raw cheese and drinking raw milk.

Also 300g of meat is literally nothing.

you can't eat calories
