My teacher recommended me for spec maths and idk what I should take it or not bc i know its not a prereq for any engineering but its good to have for it (i either want to do some sort of engineering, finance or just go into the army). Bc i am taking general maths accelerated and methods for my current year i will be running 3 maths and that way one of them wont count towards my atar, so should i just not do specialist to keep my atar up and hope it will be alright to go through in uni or should i take it?
