How much money is stable enough to buy consistently?

i dont know your financial situation and dont know your expenses, if you have enough to get it weekly then thats good enough

I got around 300 bucks

its really good if you're still growing, its arguably negligible if you are a fully grown adult
the differnece between raw milk and pasteurized is little to none. doesnt matter if your growing or not growing

literally not true, nutritioncels like you only focus on fucking nutrition labels and ignores all bacteria, enzymes and lactoferrin destroyed in the process of pasteurization lol

maybe look beyond the nutrition label?

if you can afford and get raw milk theres no reason not to get it, it is a superior product

Your body already produces digestive enzymes in the pancreas and intestines and the enzemyes in milk contribute little to nothing to aid your digestion so losing them doesnt affect your nutrien absoprtion at all

you lose about 20% of lactoferrin through pasteurization potentially more depending on the method, and your body use the gut barrier and stomach acid as a system that replicates exactly what lactoferrin does. your body already regulates through ferritin and transferrin. after digestion a small remain bioactive.

the difference in raw milk and regular milk is deadass a tiny functional impact thats not worth the huge price difference. if you want to break you back to afford some raw milk when regular milk is 4x cheaper go right ahead theres no issues with that.
