Is SPF 25 enough when you take retinol?

I absolutely need sunscreen now that I'm on retinol. I was going to buy one, but then I realized my anti redness creme already has SPF 25 (jfl at worrying about leaking looksmax advice when half of us don't even know what products we're using).

Use spf 50 to be safe. La roche posay anthelios is what i use. Light and easy to apply on the face. Make sure you wait a minute for your previous facial products to absorb to avoid pilling.

You should have sunscreen regardless. Skip the tret if you can only afford one of them.
